Work Experience

From 1993 to 1998, Mr. UTANI worked as an electrical engineer on Laser-to-Fiber Optical Isolator modules at Sumitomo Metal Mining Co., Ltd.
From 1998 to 2010, Mr. UTANI worked at an intellectual property law firm in Japan where he managed patent prosecution before the Japan Patent Office for Japanese and overseas clients.
Mr. UTANI joined RYUKA IP Law Firm, where he is chiefly responsible for patent prosecution.
